Buddies
It seems like forever since I've posted a finished painting, so here's one now. The photo reference for this portrait was taken on the day Tinkerbelle (the cockapoo) came home from the animal shelter. Isn't that sweet? Look how the dogs are "holding hands." Ohmigosh.

I am so delighted to see the finished portrait – it is just amazing. You really captured both Barklee and Tinkerbelle so well. I can’t wait to give this to my mom for her birthday – it will be hard to wait until the end of April. I will make sure to let you know her reaction. “The girls” are such a special part of our family and your portrait is a wonderful way to commemorate that.
